Accused Molester Rearrested

(Chubbuck, Idaho) Last May, 27-year-old neighborhood woman, Rayenell Carmona Underwood, was arrested for allegedly having sex with a 14-year-old boy on numerous occasions. She was booked into the Bannock County Jail on two counts of lewd conduct with a minor and later released with a court order to have no contact with the victim.

According to a report from yesterday, Underwood has been rearrested for violating her no-contact order. She claims that she is in love with the boy.

Having been determined to be competent by a psychologist, Underwood is awaiting trial on the lewd conduct charges.
