(Chicago, Illinois) Reports such as this one just tickle me to no end.
Cook County Sheriff Tom Dart said he used the fictional marketing outfit, "Shoptastic Solutions," to lure 61 fugitives to an Illinois hotel and arrested them.The crooks were lured by an offer of a $1,000 gift card and a chance for a big-screen television.
Obviously a bunch of dopes, eh?
