Human Biodiesel Scandal

(Beverly Hills, California) A 40-year-old radiologist, Craig Alan Bittner, has fled the U.S. for South America to avoid charges that he performed surgeries without a license and he illegally used liposuctioned human fat to power his Ford SUV and his girlfriend's Lincoln Navigator.

The California State Medical Board has raided Bittner's Rodeo Drive office and confiscated medical records.

Notably, Bittner's claims of using liposuctioned human fat to power his vehicles have not been verified. However, Bittner did post regular updates on his now-defunct website (lipodiesel.com), asserting he made biofuel from liposuctioned human fat from nearly 7,000 patients.

In any event, according to KevinMD.com, it's illegal to use human fat to fuel an internal combustion engine.

Frankly, acquiring sufficient liposuctioned human fat fuel to power vehicles is difficult to believe. Liposuctioned fat is accumulated in vessels graduated in milliliters. Fuel is used in vehicles by the gallon.
