Iranian Mosque Bombed, 15 Dead

(Zahedan, Iran) Just about prayer time a few hours ago in eastern Iran, the Amir al-Momenin Shiite mosque in Zahedan was blasted with a bomb, killing at least 15 and wounding 80 more.
"The bomb exploded at the time of evening prayer and killed a number of worshippers," Ali Mohammad Azad, the governor general of the province bordering Pakistan and Afghanistan told reporters. [...]

Azad said soon after the explosion "members of a terrorist group who wanted to get out of Zahedan were arrested."

"The members of the terrorist group intended to explode bombs in some other areas of Zahedan, but they have been arrested due to the efforts of the provincial intelligence office."

Azad said "bandits and terrorists intended to disturb the order in the province before the election considering the insecurity in the eastern neighbouring countries."
FARS news agency said the mosque is a gathering place for Shiite revolutionaries so, in a general sense, members of one Muslim terrorist group are at war with members of a different Muslim terrorist group.

However, as the tipster points out, the attackers in this incident have no problems blowing up a mosque. Unfortunately, that fact doesn't exclude many groups since Muslim terrorists don't have a lot of respect for other Muslims, terrorists or otherwise.
