Mississippi Woman Gets No Jail in Sex Case

(Lowndes County, Mississippi) In May 2011, a local woman, Kimberly Michelle Smith, was accused of statutory rape of a 14-year-old boy.

This week, 25-year-old Kimberly Smith pleaded guilty to sexual assault of a 14-year-old boy and was sentenced by Circuit Judge Lee Howard to no jail.
Howard gave her a 20-year suspended sentence. She also was placed on five years' probation.

Smith was arrested in May of 2011.

Authorities say Smith was a family friend and had moved in with the boy and his ailing mother to help tend to the sick woman.

Authorities say she was living with the family at the time the assault occurred.
I suggest 20 years reduced to zero is smoochy-smoochy lenient.
