Louisiana Woman Accused of Starving Child

Kerrian Javana Clofer, 26, was indicted Thursday on a charge of second-degree cruelty to a juvenile.Pretty nasty, eh?
Authorities said Clofer held the child's hands over an open flame for punishment, tied her to a bed and wouldn't allow her to eat for days.
