Obama's birth certificate

Joseph Farah has got a spate of articles up at the moment in which he presents evidence against the authenticity of the "photocopy" of Obama's original birth certificate. He is also dropping heavy hints of big developments to come shortly.

From the beginning I have been one of the skeptics about Barry's nativity so I think I should say what I think of the present state of the controversy. Opinions are all you can get about the matter at the moment and I do think that there is something that most of the skeptics have overlooked. So let me start at the beginning.




Obama's mother (above) was clearly a sexy chick with a liking for dark skin and all that went with it. But she would certainly be well aware of the advantages of American citizenship and would have wanted it for her son. So when Barry popped out a bit early in Mombasa, an enterprising lady like her with little respect for the rules of the day would have hopped onto a plane as soon as possible and done what needed to be done to get Barry registered as American-born -- and inserted an appropriate birth-notice in the local paper. And Barry has profited from that deception more than she could ever have dreamed of. So it is possible that we are looking at a deception that was initially devised by Obama's mother.

Now I want to say something about government bureaucracies. I worked in two of them in my younger days so have a good feel for how they work. They can be enormously inefficient but they are also set up in a way that is hard to circumvent. And I think that whatever Barry's mother did to achieve her deception was not perfectly done. There would be signs in the documentation that it was a deception and Barry has been covering that up ever since. His refusal to release ANY documentation from his past is certainly inexplicable otherwise. Do all his documents list him as Kenyan-born?

And the YEARS it took for him to release an alleged copy of his original birth certificate suggests that he had offers from early on to do a forgery but in his typical indecisive way it took him a long time to take up that offer. Only the Trump megaphone pushed him over the edge. Whatever else The Donald is good at, getting lots of publicity in the popular press is something he seems to do effortlessly.

So we come to the indications that the recently released document is a forgery. The premier indication, according to all the skeptics, is that the serial number on the certificate is out of sequence. Unfortunately, from my experience of bureaucracies, I see that as no smoking gun at all. Certificates are issued according to the order that the clerk finds then in his in-tray. They may not at all reflect the exact order in which the events that they certify happened. I would therefore suggest that skeptics greatly downgrade their emphasis on that point.

So I think that there are many indications that both his birth certificate and Obama himself are one big fraud but proving it decisively is at the moment impossible. We will just have to wait and see what Farah's bombshell is. Or maybe Mossad will release a real copy of the original certificate if Obama gets too dangerous to Israel. I imagine that Mossad went to Kenya fairly early on -- long before the Kenyans started to wipe their records

You are right to question the Obama “Certificate of Live Birth”. It contains a forged signature. The mom’s signature has been tampered with. You can see this for yourself, simply by zooming in on the certificate on the government web site. You will see that the “Ann D” part is handwritten and the “unham Obama” part has been drawn in by someone else on the computer. Here is a reference to this.

“Additionally, if you zoom in using Acrobat with your browser on a lot of the text, you’ll notice that it appears jagged and a single color. That’s not original. A pen doesn’t write in a single color; as you write lighter, the color is lighter; as you press harder, it’s darker than everything else. So writing in pen is not a single solid color, and when it scanned, anti-aliased, which means that the square pixels on the edges fade to make it appear smooth. Most of the text in the document including a large portion of the signatures is just a single blotch of color. The likely explanation is that someone just drew them in using a tool similar to “pencil” in Adobe Photoshop.”

I don't necessarily agree about the signature of Ann Dunham. The break between the A and the n is certainly unusual but could just be style. So I offer the above as a sample of the many criticisms that have been made -- often by very expert people -- JR

Ohio Teacher Gets 60 Days in Sex Case - Updated

(Bellefontaine, Ohio) Former high-school French teacher and bowling coach Cheryl Clark, 44, has been sentenced to 60 days in the Logan County Jail for sexual battery of an 18-year-old student.

In addition to the jail sentence today, Logan County Common Pleas Judge Mark S. O'Connor fined Clark $500 and ordered her to have no contact with the victim.

In addition to five years of court supervision, as a sex offender she will have lifetime registration requirements with the county sheriff.

Clark had told investigators that she thought sex with an 18-year-old student was acceptable. In Ohio, it's a felony for a person in a position of trust and authority to engage in sex with a minor.

Ohio Teacher Guilty of Sex with Male Student

(Bellefontaine, Ohio) In February 2011, a 44-year-old language teacher and bowling coach at Indian Lake High School, Cheryl Clark, resigned her position after allegations surfaced that she had a sexual relationship with a male student.

The teen student told his parents about the relationship and they alerted the school system.

Earlier today, Clark admitted to pursuing a relationship with the boy, pleading no contest before Logan County Common Pleas Court Judge Mark S. O’Connor to one count of felony sexual battery.

She could be sentenced up to five years in prison, but Judge O’Connor noted the charge does not carry a mandatory prison term.

She will have five years of parole and will be classified as a Tier III sex offender required to register her address every 90 days for life.

Sentencing has been scheduled for May 16.

Ohio Teacher Gets No Jail in Student Sex Case

(Saline, Ohio) A 29-year-old teacher formerly at Southern Local High School, Heather Duncan, has been convicted of engaging in sex with a 15-year-old student.

As part of a plea deal, the 29-year-old entered an Alford Plea, which means she didn't admit guilt.

"I'm happy that the victim's family is pleased with the outcome and that they did not have to go forward with a trial and cause the child more trauma" said assistant prosecutor Tim McNicol.

In the end, Duncan was sentenced to three years of community control and ordered to register as a Tier I sex offender for 15 years.

The J. Crew advertisement controversy



We read:

"For those who have not already seen it, the ad features Jenna Lyons, a designer for the preppy clothing company posing with her 5-year-old son Beckett. I almost missed it the first time, but if you look carefully you can see that Beckett's toenails are painted pink. Underneath the photo reads the caption, "Lucky for me, I ended up with a boy whose favorite color is pink. Toenail painting is way more fun in neon."

The image has outraged some social conservatives who claim that this kind of behavior torments children and confuses them about their sexual identity. Erica Brown, a writer for the conservative Media Research Center Network, wrote that the ads such as J. Crew "features blatant propaganda celebrating transgendered children."

I think it's just propaganda too. I can't imagine a little boy painting his toenails pink. Little boys are the ultimate "sexists": They despise girls or anything girly.

The writer excerpted above is a psychologist who goes on to imply that it is perfectly normal for boys to play with dolls and girls to play with toy trucks (etc.). He must have stranger kids than any I have ever met. More likely he has not been involved in bringing up kids at all. I'm a psychologist too but I don't need research to tell me what just about any parent knows.

Massacre in Guatemala

(Caserio La Bomba, Guatemala) Drug cartel members in several vehicles reportedly attacked a remote jungle ranch and killed 27 people. Twenty-five of the victims were beheaded.

As spotter planes flew overhead, Guatemalan soldiers raced along jungle tracks to cut off a nearby border crossing into Mexico to prevent the assailants from fleeing, Col. Rony Urizar said.

News reports in Guatemala said the Los Cocos ranch in a lawless part of the Peten region belonged to the brother of one of the nation's most widely known drug bosses.

The assailants, moving in several vehicles, entered the ranch sometime late Saturday, and concluded the slaughter early Sunday, Urizar said.[…]

The brutality of the killings and beheadings is a trademark of Los Zetas, which is engaged in a turf war in northeast Mexico with the Gulf Cartel. Even as Los Zetas have appeared on the ropes in Tamaulipas state in Mexico, they have moved strongly into Guatemala and Honduras, diplomats and law enforcement officials say.

Additionally, according to a later report, 29 people were killed, including two children. Police said the victims were bound and displayed evidence of torture.

Frankly, I believe the media should do a better job of emphasizing the killing campaigns of the drug cartels. It's mass murder. With 25 people having their heads chopped off in one of many incidents, international outrage should be incendiary. It's not.

Thus far, the massacre has been reported by the media with all the importance of a bus crash or nasty convenience store holdup. No, check that. If it were a bus crash or nasty convenience store holdup, there would be pictures. None have surfaced.

Anti-Terror Security Plan Found in Trash

(New York City) The New York Police Department has thrown away a portion of its anti-terror security plan into the garbage and it was retrieved by a passerby who also happens to be a blogger.

The document describes the anti-terror measures employed in the vicinity of Times Square along with a checklist of characteristics to search for to identify potential terrorists.

I suspect that terror-linked individuals are already sifting through dumpsters adjacent to NYPD precincts. After all, if one can acquire the opponents game plan, the contest is much easier to win. Although terrorists regularly blow themselves up, they are not complete idiots.

It's suggested that the NYPD implement some more effective document control measures.

Police Chief's Wife Gets 60 Days in Sex Case - Updated

(Coquille, Oregon) This week, 40-year-old police chief's wife Sonya Davis pleaded guilty to engaging in sex with a 17-year-old boy.

For her conviction on two counts of second-degree sexual abuse, Davis was sentenced by Circuit Court Judge Martin Stone to 60 days in the Coos County Jail.

Sex between an adult and a 17-year-old is a crime in Oregon because the teen is considered too young to give consent.

Among the people present at the arraignment were Davis' husband, Rhett, along with her two children and her nephew.

The victim's mother was also there. She got up to address the court but was able to say only that she felt sorry for her son and Davis' children.

"I don't know if I'm ready for this," she told the judge, tears streaming down her face.

In an interview later, she had angry words not only for Sonya Davis, but also for the police chief.

Davis will serve three years of probation upon release from jail. She was also ordered to register as a sex offender and complete a sex offender treatment program.

Police Chief's Wife Accused of Sex with Boy

(Powers, Oregon) A 40-year-old local police chief's wife, Sonya Davis, has been accused of engaging in sex with a 17-year-old boy. Rumors at Powers High School led to an investigation by Oregon State Police.

After initial denials from both Davis and the boy, Davis was indicted Thursday by a grand jury on six counts of sex abuse.

But on March 25, the boy's mother contacted the detective and said she and Davis' husband -- Powers Police Chief Rhett Davis -- had found evidence of a sexual relationship between Sonya Davis and the boy.

The mother showed the detective her son's cell phone, which had sexually explicit texts from Sonya's cell phone.

Rhett Davis informed the detective that Sonya Davis had told him she'd had sex with the boy.

When the detective interviewed Sonya Davis, she said she had had sex with the boy on four occasions, twice involving more than one act.

Sonya Davis was booked into custody at the Coos County Jail and subsequently released on her own recognizance.

Wind Energy Trumps Endangered Species

(Toronto, Ontario) In accordance with Ontario's Green Energy initiative, a Gilead Power Corp. wind energy project has been planned for the shores of Lake Ontario in Prince Edward County.

Unfortunately, the wind project will likely harm endangered species.

The 9-turbine, 22.5 MW project would consume 324 hectares of land currently owned by the Crown, and produce enough electricity for 6,000 homes.[…]

Gilead's permit application doesn't tip-toe around the fact that the endangered Blanding's turtle and whippoorwill will suffer.

In fact, the permit's exact phrasing is asking "to allow Gilead Power Corporation to kill, harm and harass Blanding’s Turtle and Whip-poor-will as well as damage and destroy the habitat of Whip-poor-will for the purpose of the development and operation of Ostrander Point Wind Energy Park".

Gilead Power said it will do what it can to save the endangered turtle and bird but there are no guarantees.

Brit Teacher Gets Prison in Sex Case - Updated

(Blackpool, England) Drama teacher Caroline French, 38, has been convicted of indecent assault and indecency with a child stemming from incidents between January and April 2004 when her victim was 15 years old.

As a result, French has been sentenced in Preston Crown Court to three years in prison.

Judge Stuart Baker concluded the proceeding by telling French, "You chose to plead not guilty and that is your right but, by accusing almost all the Crown's witnesses of lying, you have shown you have no remorse for what you have done.

"Your career now lies in ruin and your life is ruined as well. You will have a long and difficult struggle to rehabilitate yourself in paid employment."

Teacher Allegedly Groomed Girl for Sex

(Blackpool, England) A 38-year-old secondary school drama teacher, Caroline Amanda French, is on trial at Preston Crown Court for alleged indecency with a female student, starting when she was just 14.

Preston Crown Court heard how the teenager turned to Caroline French as she began to have problems in her home life and became confused over her sexuality.

A jury heard how lifts home from school quickly progressed into a “full on kiss” and a sexual relationship between the pair.

But the 38-year-old, who was a drama teacher at a Blackpool high school at the time, denies the allegations, claiming she is not gay and her former pupil is lying.

Speaking to the court via video-link, the now former pupil – who is now 22 – described the moment the couple had first been intimate with one another after a booze-fuelled night together.

Road Kill Bill

(Springfield, Illinois) Illinois lawmakers have passed a bill which allows citizens to pick up road kill.

Under the bill, people with proper permits could retrieve certain in-season, furry mammals killed by motorists.

People could do whatever they please with the carcasses, whether it's skin them for their hides or add them to a rustic stew.

Road kill permits? In-season road kill?

Wow! It's surprisingly logical to imagine that people will soon be prosecuted for poaching out-of-season road kill -- by the Road Kill Police -- from the Department of Road Kill Regulation.

Leave it to the government to put unnecessary stink on road kill.

Boys Booted From Bus for Passing Gas

(Canal Winchester, Ohio) Two male students at Canal Winchester Middle School were kicked off the school bus for a day after passing gas and causing a ruckus.

… the boys apparently were considered repeat offenders because a driver had warned them after a similar indiscretion weeks ago.

This time, officials at Canal Winchester Middle School decided it was an obscene gesture that violated the student code of conduct, the AP reported.

Heh.

Alabama Woman Guilty of Rape - Updated

(Decatur, Alabama) In Morgan County Circuit Court before Judge Glenn Thompson, 22-year-old Harriett Louise Carter has pleaded guilty to second-degree rape for engaging in sex with a 13-year-old boy.

Carter has a plea agreement with the DA's office to receive a 10-year prison sentence, but she has applied for probation.

It's not clear how an agreement to serve 10 years in prison is affected by a request for probation.

In any event, Carter remains free on bail until sentencing, scheduled for October 12.

Alabama Woman Indicted for Rape of Boy

(Decatur, Alabama) A 21-year-old local woman, Harriett Carter, has been indicted for allegedly raping a 13-year-old boy. Carter faces counts of rape and sodomy.

Decatur Police investigators say 21 year old Harriett Carter agreed to baby sit several boys for a friend in the Willows Apartments on Beltline Road June 5th.

Investigators say during the night, Carter performed oral sex on one of the boys and later engaged in sexual intercourse with him.

The juvenile's mother learned of the incident the next day and contacted police.

Carter was booked into custody at the Morgan County Jail with bond set at $10,000.

Iowa Teacher Gets Probation for Child Assault

(Davenport, Iowa) In August 2010, a 36-year-old language arts teacher at North Scott Junior High School, Kelley Jo Gerdts, was accused of felony child endangerment for beating a teenager.

Gerdts was booked and released on $5,000 bond.

Last week, Gerdts pleaded guilty to a reduced charge of misdemeanor assault in accordance with a plea agreement which dismissed felony counts of child endangerment.

The victim was not one of her students. Police said they had an audio recording of one of the beatings taking place.

The audio recording is from an MP3 player and was recorded by another minor, police said.

Now 37, Gerdts was sentenced to one year of probation.

Teacher Accused of Improper Relations with Boy

(Cedar Park, Texas) A 36-year-old freshman English teacher at Vista Ridge High School, Renli Montoya, has been accused of engaging in an improper relationship with a 15-year-old male student.

The student told detectives that he started texting with his teacher in April of this year; and during that time, the text conversations started becoming more sexual.

According to the student, Montoya also sent numerous sexually suggestive photographs to him on his cellphone.

When detectives asked Montoya about the relationship, she admitted to having text conversations, which were sexual in nature, with the student. She also admitted to sending the sexual photos.

Montoya was booked into custody with bond set at $100,000.

Tennessee Teacher Accused of Sex with Male Teen

(Memphis, Tennessee) A 50-year-old teacher at A.B. Hill Elementary School, Ruth Shrader, has been accused of engaging in sex with a teenage boy. She faces a charge of statutory rape.

According to an affidavit of complaint, Shrader is a close family friend of the boy, and is the assistant pastor at their old church.

Shrader is accused of giving him gifts, money, and trips in return for sex - a physical relationship that started when she gave him massages.

Police say they have evidence in the form of text messages Shrader exchanged with the boy.

Shrader was booked into custody and released on $10,000 bond.

Mississippi Teacher Accused of Sex with Male Student

(New Hope, Mississippi) A married mother-of-two and math teacher at New Hope High School, Katherine Robbins, has been indicted by a grand jury for allegedly engaging in improper relations with a 17-year-old male student.

Robbins faces a felony charge of sexual battery.

According to one of her students, Robbins often flirted with male classmates, even to the point of giving them hugs and inappropriately touching them in other ways.

Now that Robbins has been indicted, Lowndes County School District Superintendent Mike Halford said it was "pretty much a given" that she would be fired.

Judge Jim Kitchens has scheduled a trial date of August 22.
