Rod Paige Booted From NAACP Convention

(Cleveland, Ohio) At the request of NAACP national leadership, presumably Kweisi Mfume, U.S. Education Department Secretary, Rod Paige, was rudely booted from the speakers program at the NAACP's 74th Annual State Convention. Apparently in their focus of advancing blacks, the NAACP doesn't want to have differing opinions clutter their predetermined liberal political message.

It seems that the NAACP wants African-Americans to advance in only one approved direction, entertaining neither enlightened nor alternative viewpoints. Some might refer to the program as propaganda.
