Google Sued by Agence France Presse

Agence France Presse (AFP), the French news service, has filed suit against Google in U.S. federal court in Washington, D.C. for copyright infringement. The suit claims that Google uses, without authorization, AFP's photographs, headlines and story leads. AFP wants Google barred from using any AFP content in the future and seeks $17.5 million in damages.
