(Neillsville, Wisconsin) Last March, Harold G. Hart, 64, was arrested and charged with illegal sexual gratification with an animal (typical victim at right) along with disorderly conduct and two counts of obstruction. Last Thursday, Hart pleaded no contest to the charges. Hart was sentenced to two years probation and ordered to undergo psychological counseling.
Since Hart was convicted of illegal sex with an animal, I must assume that there is some act that's considered to be legal sex with an animal. Frankly, I'm afraid to ask.
