Teacher McKnight Gets Four Years for Sex with Boy

(El Paso, Texas) Initially arrested in August 2005, former second-grade teacher at Vista Hills Elementary School, Donna McKnight, 52, was sentenced to four years in prison for molesting a 14-year-old boy. McKnight pleaded guilty in January to charges of sexual penetration, criminal sexual contact of a minor and conspiracy to contribute to the delinquency of a minor.

In addition, Texas District Judge Stephen Bridgforth said McKnight must serve two years probation after her release from prison and must register as a sex offender.
