(Webster, NY) A crowd of underage high school students attended an alcohol fest on April 30 hosted by 45-year-old Elizabeth Thompson who, as a result, was charged with unlawfully dealing with a child and criminal nuisance. Thompson pleaded not guilty yesterday in Webster Town Court.

Webster Police were dispatched to the scene because of a reported fight.

"Obviously there was more to it than a party that was out of hand. It was a party that shouldn't have been going on in the first place," said Lt. Joseph Rieger from the Webster Police Department.

In a related development, Webster Thomas High School Principal John Walker said eleven students are being disciplined for attending the party.
