PA Woman Accused of Sex with Boy

(Jonestown, Pennsylvania) A 19-year-old local woman, Stephanie Lynn Labe, has been accused of engaging in sex with a 14-year-old boy she met through MySpace. Labe reportedly had sex with the boy in her mother's car twice last month and also texted nude pictures of herself to him.

Labe has been charged with involuntary deviate sex with someone less than 16 years old, aggravated indecent assault, statutory sexual assault, using photography/video/computer to depict sex acts and indecent assault and corruption of minors.

The boy's mother called police Sept. 1 and said he tested positive for chlamydia, a sexually transmitted disease, according to court papers.

Labe was booked into custody and later released on $25,000 bond. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for September 24 before Judge Judy.
