NY Woman Accused of Selling Heroin at School

(Schenectady, New York) A 22-year-old local woman, Kandice L. Horn, has been arrested by Greene County Sheriff's deputies for allegedly selling drugs.

On separate occasions in 2010, Horn allegedly sold heroin to undercover police officers, including one time within the vicinity of the Catskill High School.

Horn is charged with criminal sale of a controlled substance, criminal possession of a controlled substance, and criminal sale of a controlled substance in or near school grounds, all class B felonies.

Horn was booked into custody at the Greene County Jail without bail.
