NY Woman Accused of Sex with Boy

(Goshen, New York) A 23-year-old tattooed blonde, Chelsea Rearick, has been accused of raping a 13-year-old boy.

Rearick faces charges of second-degree felony rape and misdemeanor endangering the welfare of a child. She was indicted yesterday.

District Attorney Frank Phillips said Rearick had intercourse with the boy on three occasions in June; if convicted, she faces a maximum of seven years in prison.

Rearick was booked into custody at the Orange County Jail with bail set at $5,000.
