New York Woman Accused of Raping Boy

(Westmoreland, New York) A 64-year-old local woman, Mary Ann Acee, has been accused of engaging in sex with a 14-year-old boy.

Acee faces a count of rape.

Acee, of Stop 7 Road, Westmoreland, was charged with second-degree rape because the boy was younger than 15, said state police Investigator Todd Grant, who is assigned to the Oneida County Child Advocacy Center.

Acee was booked into custody at the Oneida County Jail in lieu of $20,000 cash bail or bond.
