Oregon Woman Gets Jail for Sex with Boy Scout
(Portland, Oregon) A 28-year-old local woman, Elizabeth Monda-Guthrie, has pleaded guilty to engaging in sexual activity with a 16-year-old Boy Scout.
As a result, Monda-Guthrie was sentenced to 20 days in jail.
Do scouts get a badge for that now or was he booted out?
