Tattoos, Piercings Law in Kentucky

Effective April 1st, Kentucky will begin regulating the piercing of ears, tongues, noses, bellies and other body parts. I'm usually against increased government regulation, but somehow society has to protect immature young people from mutilating their bodies for the sake of fashion. Every state should have similar laws.
