Vermont Law Changes

It's nice to see some loosening in the mandated behavioral restrictions in the Socialist Republic State of Vermont.

Yesterday, buying yourself and your date a drink in a nightclub was prohibited. Today, the one-drink limit law has been replaced with a two-drink limit. The limit is not on how much a person may consume, the number of drinks purchased at one time is limited.

Yesterday, it was illegal to carry a drink onto the dance floor in a nightclub. Today, it's allowed. This law was changed because women were having their drinks drugged while they danced.

For balance, the nanny-staters jacked up the tax on heating oil, instituted tax credits for socialized housing, and toughened the penalties for harassing wildlife while snowmobiling.
