Police Foil Bomber, Suspect Dies in Custody

From this story, the Moscow Police apprehended a suspected terrorist in a car wired with explosives.
Federal Security Service spokesman Sergei Ignatchenko told Interfax that FSB explosives experts found two land mines in the car and 200 grams of TNT under a seat.

"All of it was connected by a system of wires with an antenna and remote control," Ignatchenko said, Interfax reported.
The suspect, Alexander Pumane, confessed to investigators before succumbing to a reported heart attack. However, the city prosecutor's office stated that an investigation found that he had actually died of bodily injuries and a criminal case of death by aggravated assault and abuse of office has been opened. It's not clear who will be charged with causing Pumane's death.

Although the Moscow Times article states that Pumane died of bodily injuries, it's fairly clear that this means the heart was injured by a heart attack. Everybody knows he had a weak heart. Therefore, the assault charges should be dropped.
