Abortion for Cleft Lip

According to a report in The Guardian, doctors at Hereford County Hospital performed an abortion on a woman who was more than 24 weeks pregnant because it was determined the fetus had a cleft lip and palate. It seems that two doctors decided the child would be "seriously handicapped."
