(Grapevine, Texas) A 27-year-old former teacher, Michelle Dawn Sewell, was arrested and charged with repeatedly performing sex acts on a Carroll High School student at her Grapevine apartment.

The victim, a 16-year-old boy, gave a written statement indicating that Sewell performed sex acts on him on March 4 and March 6. Apparently, another teacher alerted officials about Sewell's relationship with the boy and an investigation was launched on March 8. Sewell has denied the allegations. She was released after posting $10,000 bail.
