Woman Accused of Raping Boy

(Washington, Pennsylvania) A 25 year-old woman, Virginia Ellen (Dolly) Johns, charged with raping a 12-year-old boy, claims that her husband, James Edward Johns, 26, forced her to engage in the sex to fulfill a fantasy. In addition to rape, Virginia Johns is charged with involuntary deviate sexual intercourse and indecent assault.

James Johns is charged with criminal solicitation to commit rape of a child, criminal solicitation to commit involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, and criminal solicitation to commit indecent assault.

Both Mr. and Mrs. Johns are free on $25,000 bond.
