
Police received a tip from the boy's mother about some explicit email communication between Bobo and the boy. Bobo initially denied having sex with the boy but, when confronted with the emails, she asked for a lawyer. According to Sgt. James Flynn of the Greenwood Police Department, detectives are now trying to determine if there are additional victims.
Bobo posted a $10,000 bond and was released. She is scheduled to appear before a circuit court judge next Wednesday.

Another Boy Comes Forward

GREENWOOD -- A local female teacher charged in November with having sex with a 14-year-old boy was charged Wednesday with two counts of violating another accuser, a former high school student who was a minor at the time.So, there's a witness to support the latest accusation.
An attorney representing Deanna Bobo, 38, of Greenwood entered an innocent plea to the charges Wednesday in Sebastian County Circuit Court.
According to an arrest warrant affidavit by Greenwood police detective James Flynn, the student told investigators that he had sexual contact with Bobo twice between Aug. 15, 2000, and May 31, 2001, while he was a sophomore in high school. The affidavit said another student witnessed the sexual contact between Bobo and the student accuser.
