Hoot! Man!

It's being reported that the Scottish Army is running low on kilts and, consequently, the soldiers are having to share. Apparently, there are only 320 total kilts for the whole army of more than 5,000. Eewww!

And, according to an accompanying photo, the Scots donna wear anything under their kilts. They are now thinking seriously about underwear.
