Black Squirrel Rejected

(Auburn, Indiana) City Councilman Michael Walker introduced a motion to protect and celebrate the rare black squirrel by making it the official animal of Auburn.

Councilman David Painter told Councilman Michael Walter that several brown and gray squirrels in his district had called and objected.

Nobody would second Walker's motion, thereby, killing the idea.
