(Tucson, Arizona) A 24-year-old former teacher at Salpointe Catholic High School, Rebecca Lee Kelley, has been indicted for allegedly engaging in sexual activity with a 17-year-old male student. At her arraignment yesterday, Kelley pleaded not guilty. She faces four counts of sexual conduct with a minor under the age of 18, a Class 6 felony. Each count carries a possible punishment of two years in prison.
A Pima County Superior Court appearance is scheduled for June 1st.
