Illegal Alien Arrested for Child Rape

(Castle Rock, Colorado) A 22-year-old Mexican citizen who is illegally in the U.S., Benito Martinez, was arrested last night for raping an 11-year-old girl in Syracuse, Utah. Martinez was booked into the Douglas County (CO) Jail to await extradition to Utah to face felony charges.

According to Lt. Tracy Jensen of the Syracuse police, Martinez rented a room in the house where five different illegal alien families live.
The sexual attack happened early Saturday morning. Police said Martinez left his room and forced his way into the eleven year old girl's room.

"The rooms are next to each other," said Lt. Jensen "They are locked, the bedrooms, the doors."

But according to court documents, Martinez used a coin to unlock the door and go inside the girl's bedroom. Within minutes, Martinez was sexually attacking the little girl. Court documents said the little girl screamed and ran into the bedroom.

"One of the family members interrupted it and told him that she was going to call police," he said. "Prior to us arriving, he fled the scene."
Asked if the police were bothered by the fact that the victim and her family are illegal, Lt. Jensen said they are not immigration officials.
