Paying for Sex Changes

(Boston, Massachusetts) Here's a bothersome case in federal District Court. The question being adjudicated is:

"Should a murderer serving life in prison get a sex-change operation at taxpayer expense?"

Lambda Legal, a gay and transgender rights group, wants the Massachusetts Corrections Department (read: taxpayers) to pay. The trial has been going on for more than a year.

They should have asked me. I know the correct answer.
