Registered Sex Offender Babysitter Molests Boy

(Longmont, Colorado) A 62-year-old male babysitter, Frank Gutierrez, was arrested for sexually assaulting a 9-year-old boy he was babysitting. The boy's mother came home from work and found Gutierrez committing sexual acts on her child in the living room.

Gutierrez is a registered sex offender. He was previously convicted of molesting a 9-year-old girl in San Diego, California. Gutierrez faces a charge of felony sexual assault by a person in a position of trust.

Gutierrez was booked into custody at the Boulder County Jail.
