Woman Shoots Panhandler Dead for $0.25

(Cincinnati, Ohio) A 44-year-old homeless panhandler, Donald Francis, stood outside a gas station Monday night and asked 62-year-old Geraldine Beasley for a quarter. Beasley pulled out a gun and shot Francis. He died at the scene.

Beasley has been charged with murder.

Tough town for the homeless.
