(Smyrna, Delaware) A 26-year-old Hartly woman, Shannon N. Mitchell, was arrested last week for allegedly serving up the shaky pudding to a 16-year-old boy. The boy's mother alerted authorities to the alleged sexual contact occurring between December 2007, when the boy was 15, and January 2008.
Mitchell was charged with rape, endangering the welfare of a child and unlawful sexual contact. Mitchell was booked and released on $42,500 bail.
Hartly is a small community midway down the state, west of Dover.
