Student Accused of Taking "Upskirt" Teacher Pics

(Columbia County, Georgia) A 17-year-old student at Greenbrier High School, Curtis Pickard, was arrested for allegedly using his cell phone to snap upskirt photos of his teacher. After Pickard showed the pictures around school to other students, the school safety officer was alerted and he confiscated Pickard's phone.

Upon examination by the teacher, 33-year-old Ellen Hotchkiss "identified her legs and underwear from the previous day."

Consequently, Pickard was charged with unlawful eavesdropping or surveillance, a felony. He was booked into custody at the Columbia County Detention Center and later released on $2,600 bond.
