Previously Deported Illegal Arrested for Assault

If the U.S. is not going to have border security, it's senseless to deport anyone.

(Sioux Falls, South Dakota) A 27-year-old illegal was arrested Thursday for sexually assaulting a 17-year-old girl.
Police arrested a man they believe is an illegal immigrant who has been deported once already and convicted of a sex crime in California, [Sioux Falls Police Lt.] Kaiser said. Ruben Gutierrez, 27, of Sioux Falls was arrested for unwanted sexual contact and failure to register as a sex offender after he allegedly tried to sexually assault a 17-year-old girl at his home, Kaiser said.

Gutierrez met the girl at his work, asked for her phone number, and the two met later that day at Gutirrez’s home, Kaiser said. He then made sexual advances on her, fondled her, took cell phone pictures of her that included her being undressed, he said.

“She fled and made a report,” Kaiser said.

While talking with police, the girl received a call from Gutierrez who then talked with and threatened an officer present, he said. Police went then went to Gutirrez’s home. “Officers went to his residence and found pictures of the victim on his cell phone,” Kaiser said.

The girl suffered some scratches after she was held down on a bed, he said. When Gutierrez was fingerprinted, the fingerprint records came up with another name for him, Ruben Grandados, Kaiser said.

Gutierrez also was charged with simple assault and threatening law enforcement.
In summary, an illegal alien gets convicted as a sex offender and deported. Now, he's back and apparently doing the same things.
