Diaper Boy Arrested

(White City, Utah) A 31-year-old registered sex offender known as "diaper boy," Barton Bagnes, was arrested Thursday for being lewd in front of children.

Police say that Bagnes has a history of lewdness arrests.

They say Bagnes pulled down his pants and showed kids his diaper. "You're talking about a grown man who walks up to young children, very young children, 3 to 4 (years old), and drops his pants and says, ‘Look, I wear a diaper like you do,'" said Lt. Don Hutson of the Salt Lake County Sheriff's Office.

Investigators say he also handed out fliers with images of kids and adults wearing diapers. Investigators say it doesn't show nudity, so although disturbing and strange, it is not criminal.

My assessment is that Bagnes should probably be locked up until he learns to control himself. Of course, that's assuming it's possible.
