Oklahoma Woman Accused of Sex with Boy

(Tahlequah, Oklahoma) A 20-year-old local woman, Tina Anne Marie Unger (aka Shell), has been accused of engaging in a sexual relationship with a 14-year-old boy.

Unger has been charged with six felony counts including three counts of first-degree rape, two counts of lewd molestation, and a single count of soliciting sexual conduct or communication with a minor by use of technology.

Unger allegedly became involved with the boy at the Help-In-Crisis center. The parents discovered the relationship and notified authorities.

The boy said he and Unger had sex on four separate occasions during the week and that she performed oral sex on him at least three times. Reports indicate Unger’s version of the events and the boy’s version vary only in the number of times of sexual contact, and on who instigated the actions.

A warrant has been issued for Unger's arrest.
