(Coweta County, Georgia) A 38-year-old local woman and mother-of-two, Stephanie Der, was arrested last night for allegedly engaging in sex with a 15-year-old boy who was babysitting for her. Der faces charges of statutory rape and cruelty to a child.
The boy's father said the woman is a friend of the family and he was shocked and hurt to find out she was accused of sexually assaulting his son. He called it a blatant betrayal of trust.Der was booked into custody at the Coweta County Jail. There's no news on bail.
