$47,000 Traction Device

(Ottawa, Canada) For delivery in October, a Saudi businessman has ordered an 18-carat gold penis enlarger encrusted with diamonds and rubies. A Montreal jeweler and a Canadian medical devices firm, X4 Labs, are collaborating on the estimated $47,000 order.
"This male health accessory is the most expensive traction device ever produced and will likely become a historical benchmark for the adult novelty industry," the company said in a statement.

Little is known about the buyer, except that he lives in Jeddah.
Despite who the buyer is, it's hardly surprising that wealthy people are forever finding new ways to blow money. Length and girth of the historical benchmark "traction device" weren't reported.

[Add.] Here's what the generic enlargement device looks like.

It appears that the procedure is to clamp the head of Mr. Special in the traction device and slowly, repeatedly, apply stress to the body of the member in tiny amounts by extending the adjustable arms.
