(Medford, Oregon) A 19-year-old local mother, Denise Louise Flanary, has been indicted by a Jackson County grand jury on charges of abuse of a corpse and concealing the birth of a child. Flanary allegedly threw away her baby which was found dead by a garbage-picker in a dumpster behind a hotel.
Flanary was booked into custody at the Jackson County Jail and later released on 10 percent of $10,000 bail.
