Reporting on Climategate

Here's an example of journalistic professionalism and objectivity in reporting facts. No innuendo, no slippery slant and no glaring omissions are scripted for political purposes.

It's sad that this type of effort is a rarity among the American media elite.

Nevertheless, the media continue to remain at fault in reporting on global warming by persistently referring to those with opposing viewpoints as skeptics or, even worse, deniers.

Know that people who disagree with global warmists are led by reputable scientists and pejoratively tagging them as skeptics or deniers is tainting the overall peer-review process. The entire scientific community should be outraged. By the way, for the sake of comparison, the warmists are led by a politician -- Al Gore.

Credibility is at stake. A segment of the scientific community is scamming the public by reporting fraudulent data and suppressing opposing viewpoints. All the while, the media are in cahoots.

Frankly, the scientists and journalists should feel a sense of shame for themselves and their professions.
