Rapists Get Life in Prison, Deportation After Death Sought

(Orlando, Florida) Convicted in October 2009, two Mexican men, Richard Morales-Marin and Juan Hernandez-Monzalvo, have been sentenced to multiple terms of life in prison for the kidnapping and rape of a 12-year-old girl.

Additionally, Judge Walter Komanski specified what should be done with their remains once they have expired in prison.

"At such point that you die, the recommendation to the Department of Corrections is to transport your body to Immigration and Naturalization Services back to your home country," Komanski said.

"Neither of you is worthy of being buried in this country," he said.

It's not known whether the judge can exercise jurisdiction over decomposing Mexican carcasses but it is known that the Mexican community is grumbling.
