(Hawkins County, Tennessee) A special education teacher at Volunteer High School, Melissa Jean “Lisa” Leeper, has been arrested for allegedly being intoxicated in public.
Leeper, a special education teacher's aid at Volunteer, was found in an area near the school's gym when deputies arrived. According to a Hawkins County Sheriff’s Office report, she appeared to be in an intoxicated state.
