(Bismarck, North Dakota) A 42-year-old local woman, Ruth Taylor, was arrested last Thursday for allegedly providing drugs and alcohol to minors and engaging in sex with a minor.
Taylor faces charges of felony corruption of minors, felony delivery of alcohol to minors and felony delivery of drugs to minors.
Bismarck Police Sgt. Mark Buschena said police received a complaint on May 23 that Taylor provided drugs and alcohol to a 15-year-old boy and a 17-year-old boy and had sex with the 17-year-old boy on two occasions.Taylor was booked into custody with bond set at $5,000.
Taylor was arrested Thursday after an interview with police.
In court on Friday, Taylor said she was illiterate and mentally ill.
