Apparently, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency must act for the sake of Gaia.
On Tuesday, for the first time in any state, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency seized control of Texas' jurisdiction over granting a clean air permit.Presumably, any Texas law related to the environment (and what, pray tell, isn't?) has now been trumped and made obsolete by federal regulators. Say goodbye to state sovereignty.
