Beware of the Live-In

(Long Island, New York) Here's something to keep in mind if you ever invite someone to live in your home. If irreconcilable differences develop, you may not be able to get the person to leave.

In the following example, a local man, Ronald Suissa, had his girlfriend, attorney Marci Baron, move into his home. Now he can't get rid of her.
After a nasty break up Suissa says his ex-fiancé Marcy Baron refused to leave his home on Long Island, changed the locks and now plays dominatrix and sells sex from the bedroom they once shared.

Baron claims she has a right to be in the house because she helped pay for it, however Suissa says Marcy does NOT own the house. He points to the deed where only his name appears as owner.

While they battle it out in court, Mr. Suissa’s attorneys recommended he move out to avoid more legal complications, but he still makes 100% of the mortgage payments.

Sex Lies and Video Tape

While Mr. Suissa’s been out of the house he has hired private investigators to keep an eye on what’s going on inside. One of Suissa’s private investigators responded to an online posting promoting Marcy’s as a dominatrix. The investigator set up a meeting at the house and wore a hidden camera when he went inside.

The video appears to show Marcy offering sex for cash.

Baron claims the video was doctored and she is the victim. In any event, the court will ultimately determine who owns the property.

Meanwhile, a judge ordered Baron to pay rent. She hasn't so an eviction warrant was issued saying if she isn't out by November 10, she could go to the slammer on a contempt charge. Heh.
