Internet Domain Names Seized by Feds

The Combatting Online Infringement and Counterfeits Act (COICA) allows the feds to shut down websites without notice nor warning.

Consequently, Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) has seized dozens of domain names recently.
The sites are replaced with a note from the government: "This domain named has been seized by ICE, Homeland Security Investigations."
It appears the feds have overly-wide latitude under the law. So much for due process, eh?
