Probation for Indecency with Boy, 5

(Lufkin, Texas) In February 2009, a local woman, Misty Parker, was indicted for being indecent with a five-year-old boy.

According to a previous report, the boy stated, "that he was woke while sleeping and asked him if he wanted to come play with her. He said that he was tired and did not want to play but she made him come into her room" and touch her inappropriately.

In accordance with an agreement with the prosecution, Parker has pleaded guilty to indecency with a five-year-old child and was sentenced to 10 years of probation.

Parker was also ordered to register as a sex offender, serve 50 hours of community service and pay a $1,000 fine.

I'll just toss in a wild guess and say that a man caught indecent with a five-year-old boy would probably get prison time -- lots of prison time.
