Sex Assault of Horse

(Derby, Connecticut) In October 2010, a 63-year-old man, Marian Wegiel, was accused of illegally cozying up to an alluring female horse in his neighbor's yard. Wegiel reportedly blames his drinking habit.

Wegiel was charged with cruelty to animals, sexual assault fourth degree, criminal trespass third degree, and breach of peace second degree.

He told police that was comforting the female horse because she had been scared by a loud noise.

The neighbors say they saw Wegiel inappropriately touching the horse, which was crying in pain.

So, he made the horse cry, eh? Never heard that before.

In any event, Wegiel has been sentenced to two years of probation under some sort of taxpayer-funded accelerated horse sex rehab program. Successful completion of the program wipes his criminal record clean.

Meanwhile, Wegiel is forbidden from having any unsupervised contact with animals.
