California Woman Gets Prison for Child Sex - Updated

(Fresno, California)

Despite objections by the Tulare County DA's office, 40-year-old Tracy Hannah was sentenced Tuesday to 4 years behind bars for instigating a long term sexual relationship with a then-14 year old boy.

The Porterville woman plead guilty to more than a dozen counts of lewd acts with a child.

Prosecutors say the two met while Hannah was dating the teenager's father.

Registration as a sex offender will be required once Hannah completes her prison term.

(Porterville, California) A 39-year-old local woman, Tracy Hannah, was arrested Saturday for allegedly engaging in sex with a 15-year-old boy.

Hannah faces charges of child molestation and sexual intercourse with a minor.

On Saturday, at approximately 5:40 p.m., officers located the 15-year-old and interviewed him regarding the allegations.

He reportedly said that in August of 2010, when he was 14-years-old, he began a sexual relationship with Hannah.

Police report that the relationship has continued since that time.

Hannah was booked into custody with bond set at $100,000.
