Texas Teacher Accused of Sex with Boys

(Austin, Texas) A 32-year-old special education teacher at Lexington (TX) Middle School, Holly Lopez, has been accused of engaging in sex with two male teens, 13 and 14 years old.

Lopez faces charges of aggravated sexual assault and improper relationship between educator and student.

The student told police that he had regularly turned to Lopez for help in math, but as the year wore on, the student-teacher relationship took an inappropriate turn, Pflugerville police said in the affidavit.

On the night of the incident, Lopez arrived at the Pflugerville home of the student's friend with condoms and had sex with both teens, the affidavit said.

Lopez was booked into the Travis County Jail with bond set at $100,000.
